The UnSchool Challenge framework is built to be  a "Reverse Internship Design Challenge" that will fill a void within our current educational system.  It's hybridized nature allows students the ability to learn in context, acquire soft skills, use voice and  choice, have an authentic audience, explore careers, practice design thinking, create professional networks & portfolios, and most importantly build a workshop culture that connects school to the real world.
